What is Conestoga Place?

The Conestoga Place Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation organized in 1987 to inform and represent the residential homeowners. It is an organization established to further the aims, quality of life, and property values of the homeowners that reside here. It is established to provide continuing programs and printed information; to enhance the knowledge and abilities of the officers and the directors, and protect the interests of homeowners, the community, and the association.

Conestoga Place Homeowners Association has as its mission, education, legislative advocacy; administrative and political advocacy; that acts as a clearinghouse for ideas; practices to encourage successful operation and management of Conestoga Place, and to aid other associations nearby located in North Omaha.

The purpose of Conestoga Place is to foster effective community associations and to forge a spirit of community harmony. The association shall accomplish this purpose with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
