The affairs of the Homeowner's Association are governed by a Board of Directors who don't have to be members of the Association. There should be no less than 3, or no more than 9 Directors.
The officers and directors of Conestoga Place have resulted in a lot of positive procedures taking place to ensure the neighborhood is a decent and safe one for anyone who chooses to live here.
