The development of this part of North Omaha is a long-awaited endeavor for the community and as the growth continues, residents in the area can appreciate their neighborhood more.
These are pictures of just two of the many homes that have been built in Concord Square. Roll the mouse over the picture to see another new home.
Below is a picture of Jones Body Shop which is now called JOBOSH Inc. It has gotten a new facelift and a new location, two blocks south on 23rd and Paul, of where it stood for 52 years. The shop was built and ready for occupancy on February 19, 2000. It resides in the new business park. Richard Jones, the owner, said he keeps 10 employees working.
Other new businesses have also moved into the neighborhood. Cintas Corporation, a uniform company based in Cincinnati has finished it's building. Kellom School has a daycare added on to its building. A security company and assisted living housing has been built.
